Who we are
This website, justeleven.me, is operated by Just 11 Doo, Rimski Trg 28, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro ("Just Eleven", "we"). We provide advisory, licensing, corporate and cloud services to businesses in the gaming industry. We do not offer gambling services to the public.

What we collect
- Details you give us. When you ask for a free consultancy we ask for your name, email address and company. When you send us a message we ask for your name and email address, and you may add a subject and a message.
- Technical data. Like any website, our servers record standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
- Abuse prevention. When you submit a form we keep a counter linked to your IP address, only to limit automated or abusive submissions.
You do not have to give us these details, but without a name and an email address we cannot reply to you.
We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics service from our network provider. It works in aggregate, does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not take automated decisions about you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. These are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To provide our services under an agreement with your organisation.
- To keep the website secure and working, which is our legitimate interest.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- Group companies. Enquiries sent through this website are received by BetBalancer Malta Ltd, a company of the same group, which handles them together with us.
- Service providers acting on our instructions, for website hosting, network security, analytics and email.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
International transfers
We are based in Montenegro. Our website is hosted in the European Union. Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Contract and accounting records: for the period required by law.
- Server logs and abuse-prevention counters: for a short technical period.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not embed third-party content such as maps or videos. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell visitors from automated traffic.
Your rights
